Principal Education Ltd sells its products to you and provides access to this website subject to the following conditions:

Access to the website: we will do our utmost to ensure that availability of the website will be uninterrupted and that transmissions will be error free. However due to the nature of the Internet that cannot be guaranteed.

You may not use the website in any way that causes or is likely to cause the website or access to it to be interrupted, damaged or impaired in any way.

All content on the website is the property of Principal Education Ltd and is protected by UK and international copyright and database right laws.

Principal Education Ltd respects the intellectual property of others. If you believe that your work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement please contact us on info@principal-education.co.uk

Most orders are despatched within 7 days but please allow up to 28 days to allow for exceptional circumstances. Orders within the UK are despatched by second class post. We regret we cannot be more specific about delivery. If you have any problems or queries please email us on info@principal-education.co.uk

We use best efforts to ensure that product information on the website is accurate. Where mistakes occur we undertake to rectify these as soon as we become aware of them. If a product's correct price is lower than our stated price we charge the lower amount; if a product's correct price is higher than our stated price we will charge the stated price.
7)
When ordering goods for delivery overseas you may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied when the package reaches the specified destination. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you.
8)
All items are sold in accordance with Section 42 of the Code of Advertising Practice.
9)
Teachers who are buying books on behalf of schools may opt to have the school pay on invoice. Where an individual does select this option it is inherent within the order that the individual is acting with the knowledge and agreement of the school.

In the event of the goods not arriving within 28 days of the order being placed the school must contact Principal Education Ltd and report the failure. Such reports should be sent to info@principal-education.co.uk
1)
All invoices issued in accordance with clause 11 are sent to the school with the goods, and will be payable within 30 days of the date on the invoice. Where payment is not made and it becomes necessary for Principal Education Ltd to proceed to court in order to recover the sum due Principal Education Ltd will be entitled to claim the invoice value of the book plus the delivery charge, the court fees involved in bringing the matter to court, plus interest at the rate of 3% per month for each month or part thereof from the date of purchase.
These conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England.
